Line Cook

Chimera Brewing is looking for determined, motivated aspiring chefs. Applicants should be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, have a sense of urgency in completing tasks, and a strong ability to multitask. Experience is not as much of a factor as a willingness to learn, execute quality dishes, and take pride in your work. Candidates must have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Candidates are expected to work as a team and be prepared to assist in prep and cleanliness of their stations and kitchen as a whole. Essential Duties of Line Cooks: Prepare ingredients for service each day Set up kitchen stations with appropriate equipment and items needed for service Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients by following recipes and instructions Maintain cleanliness of kitchen space and equipment Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
