Facility Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end facility management for all India offices
Manage facility operations for manufacturing unit at Bidadi and technology Bangalore.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, and infrastructure readiness across all sites.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Develop and manage relationships with key vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Admin, Security, IT, Operations).
Infrastructure & Maintenance
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure uptime of critical infrastructure (power, HVAC, utilities, safety systems).
Drive workspace planning, expansions, and relocations as required.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and environmental regulations across all locations.
Implement and monitor health, safety, and security standards.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
Cost Optimization & Budgeting
Prepare and manage annual facility budgets.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
Track expenses and ensure financial discipline.
Industry Networking & Execution
Leverage industry connections to drive faster execution and problem-solving.
Stay updated on best practices in facility management and implement improvements.
Demonstrate strong on-ground presence and ownership in resolving operational challenges.
Key Requirements
10-13 years of experience in facility management across corporate and industrial environments.
Any graduate / post graduate degree
Proven experience managing multi-location operations, including factories.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract handling skills.
Well-connected within the facility management/vendor ecosystem.
Excellent problem-solving and execution skills ("gets things done" mindset).
Good understanding of compliance, safety, and statutory requirements.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada
