Regional Key Account Manager
Job DescriptionA well-established, family-owned Dairy Additives Supplier is seeking a Key Account Manager in Minnesota/Wisconsin. Our client is investing and expanding their presence in the US Market!Position OverviewThe person in this role will work from a home-based office and focus on setting up meetings with key influencers and feed companies.This role requires daily travel with 50% overnights - covering 2 states. The position comes with an established book of business + room to grow!This is a full-time salaried position with 20% bonus potential!Key ResponsibilitiesManage a defined portfolio of key accounts across the region, including agricultural merchants, feed compounders, progressive farms, consultants, and distributors.Deliver regional sales and margin targets for the full Animal Nutrition product range.Identify where technical support can unblock commercial challenges (such as training requirements), drive adoption, or support product trials.Ensure a seamless interface between commercial and technical discussions with customers. Support capital improvements and equipment optimization projectsAssist in onboarding and supporting new trade accounts, particularly those aligned with growth ambitions or underserved regions.Provide timely, accurate sales forecasts and input into supply chain and demand planning.Collaborate on pricing and promotional planning in conjunction with the Commercial Manager.QualificationsB.S.
