About the Opportunity:The Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative role involves delivering high-quality customer service by resolving inquiries related to service issues, billing, and product enhancements. This position is responsible for owning each customer interaction with the goal of achieving one-call resolution, directly impacting customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role requires applying troubleshooting skills and empathy to meet customer needs effectively in a fast-paced environment.3. Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service issues, billing, and product enhancements.• Provide solutions and support aimed at one-call resolution.• Manage all interactions independently, ensuring customer satisfaction.• Engage actively and listen attentively to customer concerns.• Apply troubleshooting skills to resolve problems efficiently.4. Requirements:• At least 18 years of age.• High School Diploma or GED.• Experience in customer interaction, problem-solving, and building connections.• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Spanish (CEFR B2 level or higher).• Ability to demonstrate empathy and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment.• Quick learner capable of applying new knowledge in real time.• Availability for full-time or part-time schedules.• Personal Windows 11 PC meeting specified hardware and connectivity requirements.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Starting pay of $15.00 per hour plus an additional $1 per hour bilingual differential.6.
