Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist to join our client in a full time or part time permanent position. The opportunity is serving a new, modern medical clinic focusing on providing excellent, collaborative and technology-enabled care for patients with diabetes and prediabetes.W-2 position with benefits! Excellent salary range dependent on experience, education and credentials.Responsibilities Includes:Conduct patient interviews, evaluate nutritional status and educate patients with diabetes and prediabetesParticipate in community outreach and collaborate with local healthcare professionalsDeliver nutrition counseling both in individual and group settingsDeliver diabetes education in-person, virtually and in community -based settingsMaintain technical expertise in diabetes digital solutions, supported medical devices, electronic health records, scheduling tools and newer AI-enabled solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or certification in nutrition, dietetics, or a related fieldCertified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred, but not requiredExceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsTechnology SavvyClient CenteredTo apply visit:
