As a Home Care Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our homecare agency. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for various homecare positions, including caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for various homecare positionsUtilize a variety of sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and community partnerships, to build a pool of qualified candidatesCandidate Screening and Assessment:Conduct initial screenings of applicants to assess their qualifications, experience, and compatibility with our organization's valuesCoordinate and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, attitudes, and suitability for specific roles within our homecare agencyCollaboration with Coordinators:Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptionsProvide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and onboarding processesCompliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the homecare industryMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interviews, and hiring decisionsOnboarding and Orientation:Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their rolesCoordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with our organization's culture, policies, and proceduresNetworking and Relationship Building:Build and maintain relationships with local educational institutions, professional organizations, and community resources to enhance the recruitment pipelineAttend industry events and job fairs to promote our organization and identify potential candidatesMetrics and Reporting:Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and retention rates, to continuously improve recruitment processesGenerate regular reports for management on recruitment activities and key performance indicatorsRequirements:Proven experience in recruiting for the healthcare or homecare industryKnowledge of relevant employment laws and regulationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentSalary: $23.00-$25.00 per hourIf you are a motivated and results-driven recruitment professional looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team!
