Job SummaryForestdale Preventive Services implements the Solution-Based Casework model in four of our Preventive programs. The SBC Coordinator will work in collaboration with program leadership to ensure that staff have the support they need to learn and consistently practice the skills and concepts associated with the SBC model. The SBC Coordinator will become certified in the SBC model as a trainer/coach through the model developer’s certification process. They will be responsible for scheduling and conducting group training for newly hired staff and then supporting those staff through the SBC certification process.
