ResponsibilitiesAttract and secure top talent that will ensure a quality guest experience
Provide the highest level of leadership through ongoing training and mentorship
Be a hands-on leader by maintaining a consistent presence in the guest areas
Ensuring that all guests are provided access to all guest experience programs
Lead and manage a seamless guest experience at arrival and departure
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field a plus.
Minimum three years of experience in a front office role in a hotel, with at least two years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) (specify preferred systems, e.g., Opera, etc.).
High-level hospitality or customer service experience
