Territory Sales Rep - Upper Mountain West

The OpportunityAs a Regional Sales Representative, you'll own and grow your territory by building strong partnerships across the sports community while representing a brand that truly lives the game. What You'll DoGrow sales and brand presence across the Upper Mountain West territory Build lasting relationships with dealers, coaches, athletes, and industry partners Develop new opportunities with parks & recreation departments, camps, clubs, high schools, and youth sports organizations Travel throughout the territory (2-3 trips per month, seasonally driven) Attend trade shows, conferences, clinics, and partner events Track market trends and competitor activity Submit bi-weekly sales activity reports and maintain accurate lead records Requirements What You BringOutside sales experience preferred Experience in athletics is preferred Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email) Excellent organization and time-management abilities Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive independently High energy, motivated, and comfortable multitasking Willingness to travel frequently Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Benefits & PerksCompetitive compensation (Salary range includes base salary + expected commissions) 401(k) with company match Health and dental insurance Paid vacation A team-first culture driven by passion for sports Ready to turn your love of the game into a career?Join Baden Sports and help inspire play-everywhere the game is played.
