Our team is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for our clients.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Treatment Technician for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The ideal candidate will be a female with at least one year of sobriety and a strong desire to help others in their recovery.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate transportation for clients to and from the center Conduct weekly urinalysis (UA) for clients Chart attendance for clients during group sessions Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the facility Ensure clients arrive at site and therapy appointments on time Uphold rules and boundaries with clients Provide attentive client care and support QUALIFICATIONS Female with at least one year of sobriety Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Previous experience in a treatment setting is a plus Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality HOW TO APPLYIf you are interested in applying for this position, please email your resume to rush@totalitytreatment.com.
