Job TitleChefe de Equipa de Grua / Crane Operator M/FJob DescriptionResponsible for maintenance operations within their area of competenceEnsures that maintenance operations under their responsibility are carried out in strict compliance with the COMPANY's current safety rules and operational procedures, and in accordance with industry standard practices, thus ensuring the quality of maintenance operations performed on site by the SUB-CONTRACTED COMPANY.Ensures a good level of availability of the equipment they are responsible for at production sites.Plays a predominant role in transferring competencies to personnel in training through on-site mentoring programs.OperationsOrganize and execute on-site maintenance operations that are under their responsibility,Assist specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC) with their teams,Ensure that the COMPANY's HSE regulations are respected (especially the procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operational procedures and industry standard practices during the execution of maintenance operations placed under their responsibility,Ensure that all maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment are carried out safely and efficiently and in strict compliance with the COMPANY's operational procedures and any relevant statutory legislation, in order to maintain all equipment in sound operational and safe conditions.Coordinate interventions using the CMMS,Insert CMMS intervention reports (including those related to SMC) and write technical reports related to their area,Monitor the functioning of the systems placed under their responsibility,Ensure that knowledge transfer through mentoring occurs adequately within their teamsPerform, at the request of the Supervisor, any intervention in their area of competence.Take over the systems under their responsibility in case of failure until the correct operational state.MethodsIdentify recurring corrective maintenance interventions, analyze them, and suggest improvements,Maintain a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programs and, if necessary, suggest improvements,Alert support teams about any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts and suggest improvements and request modifications.Quality AssuranceVerify the quality of interventions by their teams through frequent on-site checks,Ensure that team members possess the necessary qualifications and competencies for the tasks assigned to them and, if necessary, suggest measures.ProfileThe ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:National Higher Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years of training) or BTS/DUT or equivalent,Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the maintenance area in oil and gas production facilities,Basic knowledge of the oil and gas treatment process, facilities, and in-depth knowledge of equipment used in oil and gas treatment facilitiesExperience and mastery of SAP/R3Ability to lead and motivate multinational teams,Ability to maintain good relationships with colleagues and others,Physical capacity to work in offshore facilities under local climatic conditions,Working language: English Bright 3.5 (or equivalent)Proven ability as a leader of small teams.Perfectly competent and independent in their area, they must demonstrate good sense and organizational capacity.Natural authority, based on their capabilities and the trust they place in their teams, is essential.What We Can Offer YouBasic Salary + other internal benefit.Job LocationOffshoreCandidate CriteriaMinimum Required Experience Level3 years or moreRequired AuthorizationsBosietLanguagesPortuguese (E-Native or bilingual proficiency)English (C-Professional working proficiency)Combining Our DifferencesSPIE is committed to promoting diversity.
