Channel Account Manager – DACH (m/f/d) Location: Germany, remoteAbout the RoleFor our client, we are looking for an Channel Account Manager for the DACH region . This is a high-visibility role with frequent interaction with senior leadership and close collaboration with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams. The position focuses on building and expanding a strong channel-led pipeline to support continued regional growth.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about sales, and enjoys working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, OEM partners, and managed security service providers.Our client is a leader in Operational Technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) cybersecurity, providing a comprehensive platform for real-time visibility, threat detection, and risk management in critical infrastructure and industrial environments.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a regional channel partner strategy for the DACH marketRecruit targeted channel partners and support onboarding into the partner programProvide ongoing sales and technical enablement to the partner ecosystemManage and grow relationships with channel and technology partnersTrack, analyze, and present regular partner performance and pipeline metricsAchieve and exceed quarterly sales booking targetsMeet or exceed defined channel objectives and key results (OKRs)Stay current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry developmentsRepresent the organization at industry trade shows and relevant conferencesCollaborate closely with Marketing to design and execute partner campaigns, promotions, and awareness initiativesSupport the execution of channel strategy and broader business objectives as neededYour Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experienceProven experience in technology, software, or information security salesDemonstrated success in building scalable partner ecosystems that generate measurable and repeatable revenueStrong performance mindset with a consistent record of exceeding targetsEstablished relationships within the regional channel partner ecosystemSolid understanding of operational technology (OT) environments and solution alignmentExperience building and/or managing regional channel programs for a software vendor (preferably IoT / OT Security)Familiarity with public sector or regulated industry ecosystems is an advantageAbility to work effectively in a remote setupExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluency in English and German (spoken and written)Willingness to travel regularly, sometimes on short noticeCore Competencies Active listening and clear communicationBusiness insight and commercial acumenResults orientation and execution focusEmotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skillsNegotiation, influencing, and objection handlingPlanning, organization, and prioritizationProspecting and lead generationRelationship management and customer focusSales process and pipeline managementSolution-oriented mindsetTeamwork, collaboration, and cultural alignmentSounds interesting?As a specialized recruitment consultancy in the technical and industrial sectors, we discreetly guide you through the entire application process.
