Account Manager
We are partnering with a leading custom packaging manufacturer within the beauty and personal care space to identify an Account Manager. This role will be focused on driving new business growth and expanding strategic customer relationships across North America.The ideal candidate will bring a strong hunter mentality, experience selling customized packaging solutions, and the ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles within a fast-paced customer-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Drive new business development efforts across beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care marketsManage and grow strategic customer relationships while identifying new revenue opportunitiesProspect and develop relationships with emerging and established beauty brands, contract manufacturers, and packaging decision-makersLead consultative sales discussions focused on customized packaging solutions and value-added applicationsCollaborate closely with internal NPD, engineering, customer service, and operations teams to develop customer-specific solutionsManage long-cycle sales opportunities from concept development through commercialization and production launchConduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling discussionsMonitor market trends, competitive activity, sustainability initiatives, and new packaging innovations within the beauty and personal care industryTravel regularly to customer sites, industry events, and internal facilities to maintain strong customer engagement and internal collaborationWhat We're Looking For:MUST HAVE: 3+ years of outside sales experience within beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or skincare marketsMUST HAVE: Experience selling customized packaging solutionsProven track record of developing new business and opening new accountsExperience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving customized products and cross-functional collaborationStrong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and customer presentation skillsAbility to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environmentAble to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events, both domestically and internationally.
