This role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, driving impactful storytelling across media, digital channels and key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a passion for storytelling and a proven track record of executing high-impact public relations programs. You will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s media strategy, strengthening brand reputation, and securing meaningful, high-impact media coverage.What You Can ExpectBuild and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media high-impact coverage and partnershipsManage proactive and reactive media relations, including issues and crisis communicationsDevelop and implement integrated, strategic public relations plans to enhance the company’s brandCreate compelling content and narratives to communicate the company's message and values to external audiencesServe as a trusted advisor to executives, including preparing them for media engagements, speaking opportunities and thought leadershipOversee press releases, media events, interviews, speaking engagements, awards and blogsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channelsMonitor industry trends, competitive landscape and media sentiment to inform strategyMeasure the effectiveness of communications programs and optimize based on insightsWhat We're Looking ForTo thrive in this position, you must possess:A proven track record of building and executing impactful communication strategies at a global scaleA strong and established network of media contacts and key influencersExceptional writing, storytelling and messaging skillsExperience advising senior executives and managing high-profile communications initiativesAbility to translate complex technical and business topics into compelling messages that resonate with journalists and their audiencesExperience navigating complex, fast-paced and high-growth environmentsEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required12-15+ years of B2B communications experience; semiconductor industry experience strongly preferredCombination of in-house and agency experience is a plus, offering both strategic perspective and executional agilityDemonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across complex, matrixed organizationsSelf-motivated, strategic thinker with a positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholdersExpected Base Pay Range (USD)172,930 - 259,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
