Classes are held on weekend mornings and typically run 2-3 hours per session. This is an ongoing part-time role with recurring sessions throughout the year - specific schedules and locations vary by session.ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured sports programming following B.E.S.T. curriculum guidelinesManage and engage small groups of young children in a safe, positive environmentMaintain professionalism and provide an excellent experience for participants and familiesArrive on time, prepared, and ready to be physically active for the duration of classTransport and set up equipment as needed (up to 40 lbs)What we're looking forExperience working with children (coaching, teaching, camp, recreation, etc.)Strong communication and group management skillsDependable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable working indoors or outdoors depending on location and seasonAbility to travel between locations based on scheduling needsPickleball or racquet sport experience helpful, not required$18/hour • Weekend mornings • Ongoing role • New sessions added throughout the yearRequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and instruct sports classes, camps, and/or clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years.Implement and follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques.Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment.Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants at all times.Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes.Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, teammates, and supervisors.Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Represent B.E.S.T. values and uphold a high standard of customer service.
