Programmer II

ABOUT THE POSITION: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated programmer who is passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in web technologies, C#, .NET Core, and cloud services. They will be proficient in SQL Server and have a strong understanding of RESTful APIs. The role requires an individual who can help design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and help maintain high-quality cloud and on-premises solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver meaningful solutions. Help continually improve development processes, tools, and methodologies. Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in C# and .NET Development: Hands-on experience in C# programming and .NET framework development. Web Technologies: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong understanding of modern web development practices and frameworks. RESTful API Development: Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs. Microsoft Azure: Experience with Azure services including Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure SQL/Azure Managed Database, and Azure Functions. Blazor and Web Assembly: Familiarity with Blazor and/or Web Assembly is a significant advantage. Database Management: Proficient in SQL Server, with the ability to write complex queries, develop stored procedures, and optimize database performance. Application Design: Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
