Job Title: SALES SUPPORTSummaryConnectronics Corp, a HEICO company, is a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies. Our connectors are used in a variety of industries including aerospace, defense, entertainment, medical and nuclear. We currently have an opening in Toledo, OH for a sales support person to perform data entry and field customer inquiries regarding shipments and orders. Responsibilities and DutiesAccurate entry of new orders and change orders. Submission of order acknowledgements to customers. Communicate with customers/provide reports regarding lead times, status of orders, expediting requests, etc. Coordinate efforts and customer requirements with applicable departments and personnel as required with finance, shipping, and other departments. Distribution of sales order documents. Review / research / obtain data for deficiencies and errors. Sort, organize, and file hard copies of paperwork. Comply with data integrity and security policies.
