RealREPP LLC, is currently teaming with a dynamic commercial real estate owner/developer in the Menlo Park area to assist them in recruiting for a Temporary Senior Property Manager. This SPM oversee the day-to-day management and operations of a nearly 500,000 SF Class A office portfolio. This Senior Property Manager will mentor and manage the Property Coordinator and report into an Asset Manager. This Senior Property Manager will oversee the financials, budgeting and tenant relations for this beautiful Class A office portfolio.This company offers growth opportunities, as this position is currently open because of newly developed assets. The company offers a fantastic base salary + bonus, excellent benefits and 401K match.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections of exterior and interior areas to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance on a daily basisParticipate in various processes and meetings including tenant lease renewals and tenant improvements meetingsConduct lease administrations such as billing requests and rent adjustmentsCoordinate with engineering team to ensure successful repairing and maintenance of systemsMaintain and build positive relations with tenantsOther special projects as necessaryRequirementsThe ideal candidate must have held a Property Manager title for a minimum of 5 years.Must have 8-15 years of total industry experience.
