Title: Concession ManagerReports to: Activities DirectorPerformance Responsibilities:To order all inventory for the Concession sales for Fall & Winter sporting events scheduled between mid-August and March 1st.To carefully monitor concession inventory.To account for and to deposit with Account Payable Clerk all receipts from concession sales.
