This part-time role offers competitive pay and the chance to work in a supportive, professional environment.Responsibilities & Duties:Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the Nursing Department to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.Ensure that all nursing staff adhere to their job descriptions and perform their duties to the highest standard.Participate in facility surveys and audits as requested.Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing personnel meet accepted standards of care and professionalism.Qualifications & Requirements:Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey.Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care; managerial experience preferred.Proven leadership and management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Why Join Us?
