Endpoint Coordinator

Position OverviewThe Endpoint Coordinator supports end users by delivering high-quality customer service while coordinating IT device lifecycle activities. This role is responsible for managing device replacement and refresh requests, tracking assigned equipment, and ensuring timely resolution of device-related issues. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and submit device replacement and refresh requests through established processesTrack and maintain accurate records of assigned IT devices across their lifecycleConduct follow-ups to locate missing or unreturned equipmentCollaborate with internal IT and operations teams to resolve device-related issuesProvide basic troubleshooting support for end-user devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile devicesManage multiple requests simultaneously while ensuring timely completionMaintain clear communication with end users regarding request status and issue resolutionSupport operational processes to ensure compliance with device lifecycle standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end usersAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlinesBasic understanding of IT hardware and troubleshooting conceptsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or IT support rolesFamiliarity with device lifecycle management or asset tracking processesExperience working with ticketing or request management systemsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; ORAssociate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; ORBachelor’s degree with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
