This includes supporting the optimization of current practice operations, successful integration of future providers and practices via growth, and leadership of critical operations programs.This role will be responsible for the surgical specialty practices in the Beebe Medical Group and will supervise a team of practice managers and other key players to produce outcomes that support the achievement of Beebe Healthcare's Strategic Plan.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & AdministrationProvide direction and fiscal management to support current practice operations and future growthDevelop project plans and performance metrics to ensure timely and budget-compliant executionOperational ManagementOversee key operations programs and implement policies and procedures to streamline processes and resolve procedural issues.Strategic Planning and ImplementationDevelop and execute strategies to enhance BMG image and community presence, increase market share, and drive growthIdentify innovate operational interventions to adapt to the evolving healthcare environmentCollaborationWork with Medical Staff leadership and other departments to standardize practices and create robust communication networks across Beebe.Financial OversightPrepare and manage budgets, perform financials analyses, and collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership to optimize charge capture and maximize financial returnsAssist in developing financial, production, compensation, and operational targets and modelsParticipate in business, strategic, and marketing plan developmentSkills Qualifications Strong communication (written & verbal) Proficiency in basic computer programs Ability to maintain confidentiality Crisis management Customer service orientation Experience & Education Required Minimum of 8 years in healthcare or physician practice management, preferably within a clinical environment A bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or similar field is required Masters degree preferred Experience working in hospital-based practices Comfort working in a matrixed environment with hospital leadership teams Essential Competencies Skills Clear Communication Skills Both Written And VerbalKnowledge Of Basic Computer ProgramsAble To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team MembersAble To Withstand Crisis SituationsHas Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors Credentials Education Entry USD $110,177.60/Yr.
