Hotel Houseman

DescriptionAs a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property's vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities• Support hotel operations as needed to maintain high service standards. • Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests. • Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces. • Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed. • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a secure environment. Qualifications• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals. • Strong customer service and teamwork skills. • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. • No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided. • Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions.
