You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and communications partners to deliver measurable program outcomes. This is an onsite role based in San Jose, CA, working with teams across multiple time zones.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamDrive execution of events and activities throughout the year that support the organization's global wellbeing and benefits strategyLiaise with internal stakeholders (GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, D&I, Safety and Security, Employee Resource Center) on ongoing engagement and activitiesCollect and evaluate data to identify program opportunities, impacts, and measurable performance standardsDocument, update, and maintain all program collateral for internal and external audiencesAnswer and resolve escalations or requests for policy interpretation from vendors or internal client-facing rolesCollect content for quarterly toolkits for U.S. and global teamsPartner with Employee Communications and external Communication Consultants on delivery of employee communications related to programs and activitiesHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleBachelor's degree or other evidence of exceptional ability5+ years' experience managing communications, engagement, and onsite event activitiesDemonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementationStrong project management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailAbility to prioritize work and execute many projects and tasks in parallelStrong organizational and time management skills for a fast-paced environmentEffective verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to influence decisionsComfortable working across multiple worldwide time zonesHere's What Else Might Help You OutProficiency with HR systems (preferably Workday, ServiceNow) and experience with case management tracking solutionsStrong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPointPay Range$45.07 - $56.34/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
