This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Equipment Control System (ECS) to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing processes.Manage and operate the Equipment Control System (ECS) for production facilitiesMonitor equipment status and ensure stable system performancePerform troubleshooting and maintenance support for production equipmentCollaborate with internal teams to improve system efficiency and minimize downtimeMaintain accurate system records and operational documentationSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and system operations QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in equipment operation, maintenance, or related fieldHands-on experience with ECS (Equipment Control System) requiredAbility to troubleshoot equipment and system-related issuesBilingual in Korean and English (required)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Work ScheduleShift-based schedule:6:00 AM - 2:00 PM2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. *** NO C2C ***
