Urology Physician

Description A healthcare organization in Rutland is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Eligible or Board-Certified Urologist to join a collaborative medical team dedicated to providing high-quality urologic care. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic care and surgical procedures in a supportive healthcare environment with modern medical facilities. Position Overview The Urologist will diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The physician will work closely with primary care providers, specialists, and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive systemPerform urologic surgical procedures and minimally invasive treatments as appropriateConduct patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinationsInterpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and laboratory resultsDevelop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progressProvide patient education regarding treatment options, medications, and preventive careMaintain accurate and timely medical documentationCollaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Community Overview Located in the scenic Green Mountains, Rutland offers a welcoming community with a high quality of life and abundant outdoor recreation.
