They are hiring experienced Forward Deployed Engineers to build and deploy production‑ready AI systems for end clients.Role: Databricks Data ScientistLocation: RemotePay: $90 - $110 per hour W2 (or via your own LLC)Length: 12 month contract (extendable)Utilization: 40 hours/weekThe RoleAs a Databricks Data Scientist, you will deliver end‑to‑end GenAI solutions directly to enterprise clients. This is a highly hands‑on, delivery‑focused role, not traditional data science, focused on building, deploying, and scaling LLM and RAG applications on the Databricks platform.You’ll work in a client‑facing capacity, owning projects from initial scoping through to production deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver E2E GenAI solutions on DatabricksBuild RAG and LLM‑based applications using enterprise dataImplement vector search and agentic workflows (LangChain, etc.)Productionise AI systems using CI/CD, MLOps, and cloud pipelinesWork directly with clients to deploy and optimise AI solutionsRequirements5+ years in Data Science working across multiple model stacks and ML modelsStrong hands‑on expertise with Databricks (Spark, MLflow, Unity Catalog, Agent Bricks, MosaicAI)Proficiency in Python and tools such as LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging FaceExperience with Databricks AI Tools (Agent Bricks, GenieAI, MosaicAI)Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)Strong cloud and CI/CD experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Excellent communication skills for client‑facing deliveryDatabricks certifications (ML Engineer, GenAI, Data Engineer)Next StepsIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply below
