AIRPARK OPERATIONS - Aircraft Mechanic Job Classification Hourly Full-time (35-40) Position summary Under general direction of the lead shop mechanic, provide maintenance service at Andrews University. fleet of Piper aircraft. Qualifications summaryCurrent FAA Aircraft Maintenance Certificate with both the Airframe and Powerplant ratingsInspection Authorization preferredBachelors' degree, degree preferred Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing. Duties and responsibilitiesPerform aircraft maintenance and inspection work under the direction of the lead mechanic for Andrews Flight school aircraft.Pull aircraft in/out of hangar; help in tying down aircraft; fueling, assist in departmental activities; attend meetings; performs other duties as assigned.
