This role combines Transportation and On-Site Supervision, helping participants access programs and succeed in community-based settings.Responsibilities:Transport participants to/from program sites and community locationsProvide on-site supervision and coaching at job sites and activitiesSupport development of workplace, communication, and independence skillsEnsure a safe, respectful, and structured environmentCommunicate updates and concerns with program staffRequirements:Valid work authorization in USAValid driver’s license and clean driving recordStrong reliability and time managementExperience or interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesGood communication and interpersonal skillsSchedule:Weekdays (Monday–Friday), flexible hours based on program needsSalary and Time Off: Hourly rate: $20 per hour and mileage reimbursementStart Date: ASAPPlease send your resume to Courtney Coulson (courtney.couls@inclusiveworld.org).
