IT Governance Analyst

Job Description: Support the execution and documentation of IT governance processes, including preparing meeting materials, capturing minutes, and tracking action items for governance boards. Assist in compiling compliance records, updating roadmaps, and coordinating communications across teams. Contribute to review and refinement efforts for policies, procedures, and governance documentation, supporting organizational transparency and continuous process improvement. Support the transformation and operations of IT Governance. Work with IT Governance Team to refine and enhance IT Governance Board (ITGB) strategy, processes, and activities. Work with IT Governance Team to update and integrate CR processes and procedures with broader IT Governance. Assist with redesigning the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and implement automation. Work with IT Governance Team to refresh DMCC processes in conjunction with new IT governance. Act as the bridge between technical IT team and leadership, creating frameworks to ensure technology is used efficiently, securely, and ethically. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology related field plus two (2) years of professional IT experience. Must be able to successfully complete, pass, and maintain a public trust investigation. Proficiency in the comprehension and application of industry standards and best practice data governance and data management theories, principles, practices, and methodologies. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. 2+ years' experience in data governance, data analysis, data management, preferably in a large enterprise environment. Excellent written/verbal skills, translating technical info, stakeholder management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
