Batch Maker AZ 163.26Job Category: PHX PLANT Requisition Number: BATCH015662Posted: April 16, 2026Full-TimePhoenix, AZ 85043, USAJob DetailsDescription$24.00 - $26.00 per hourGENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Responsible for mixing scheduled batches on the designated machine.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Batch Makers are responsible for using automated equipment to receive material, combine raw materials per instruction from Product Development in PcVue, and to deliver semi-finished goods to Quality Control for assessment. Is responsible for proper use of personal protective equipment. Is responsible for keeping equipment within safe operating limits. Responsible for keeping his area and equipment clean at end of shift.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job does not have supervisory responsibilities. There are no subordinate supervisors reporting to this job.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
