Senior Insurance Estimator - High-End Restoration & Luxury Remodeling

Job Description Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Senior Insurance Estimator with an existing book of business and advanced Xactimate expertise. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling high-value claims, negotiating with carriers, and managing complex restoration scopes involving luxury finishes.Key Responsibilities· Bring and grow an active book of insurance restoration business.· Conduct detailed property inspections and damage assessments.· Prepare accurate and defensible estimates using Xactimate.· Negotiate scope and pricing with insurance adjusters and carriers.· Identify, document, and justify supplements.· Collaborate with production teams to ensure scope accuracy and profitability.· Maintain strong relationships with adjusters, carriers, and referral partners.Qualifications· Proven experience as an Insurance Estimator in restoration/construction.· Active book of business (required).· Advanced proficiency in Xactimate.· Strong understanding of the insurance claims process.· Experience with high-end restoration and luxury remodeling projects.· Ability to negotiate complex and large-loss claims.· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.· Valid driver's license.
