No problem—we provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates, and Recent College Graduates are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity!Key ResponsibilitiesProactively make 75-150 outbound calls daily to engage with candidates.Tailor resumes in MS Word to align with specific job requirements.Collaborate with managers to understand organizational goals and establish recruiting needs.Analyze job descriptions and qualifications to identify ideal candidate profiles.Attract top talent through strategic job postings, leveraging job boards, newsgroups, and professional networks.Screen applicants through interviews, reference checks, and qualification assessments.Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates based on consistent criteria.Stay current on industry trends by engaging in professional development, reading publications, and participating in relevant organizations.Contribute to the organization's mission by delivering results in talent acquisition and HR initiatives.Requirements & QualificationsSelf-motivated, high-energy individuals with a "go-getter" attitude.Exceptional ability to retain and process information with precision.Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.Background in hospitality, sales, customer service, call centers, or other people-oriented roles is a plus.Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruiting is preferred but not required.Why Join Us?At The Fountain Group, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping careers while growing your own.
