Job Description Dumpster Today is a locally owned, family-oriented, veteran-owned dumpster rental company serving Jefferson County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dependable, professional Part-Time Roll-Off Driver who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and values reliability and safety.Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.This role is primarily responsible for delivering and picking up dumpsters using a single-axle roll-off truck.ScheduleFriday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMSaturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PMHours may vary slightly depending on seasonality and workloadPay$20–$25/hour based on experienceProfit-sharing bonus opportunitiesPaid training providedResponsibilitiesSafely deliver and pick up dumpsters throughout Jefferson CountyBack trucks into residential driveways, construction sites, and tight spaces safely and confidentlyCommunicate professionally with customers during deliveries and pickupsUse the Docket app to take photos and document jobsPerform basic safety checks and ensure loads are secureMaintain cleanliness and professionalism of truck and equipmentFollow all company safety procedures and DOT requirementsCommunicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, and job completionRequirementsValid driver’s license (CDL not required)Clean driving recordClean criminal backgroundAbility to pass a drug screeningRoll-off experience preferred, but not requiredIf no roll-off experience; driving box trucks, trailers, construction vehicles, or delivery vehicles is a plusComfortable driving in residential neighborhoods and active job sitesMust be dependable, punctual, and professionalMust be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsMust be physically capable of climbing in/out of trucks repeatedly and handling tarps/safety checks as neededSmartphone proficiency required for using company apps and taking job photosWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone reliable who will treat our company and customers well.
