Put in your application today, and allow Interstates to prove to you why we are an Industry Leader in more ways than one.Responsibilities:Assist the Project Manager and jobsite leadership in managerial and leadership functions on the projectRun project control systems for the benefit of the project teamCPM schedule creation and updating/communicatingLast Planner/White Board crew schedulingRFI's, submittals, meeting minutes, and other site communicationAct as a project analyst; assess project controls information and assist jobsite leadership in problem solving and alternate methods to achieve project successProvide estimating take-offs and other support for analysis and change ordersAttend client meetings onsite and collaborate with trade contractorsPrepare information for, and participate in, monthly project reviewsAssist in procurement and expediting of materials and subcontractsPromote the Interstates safety culture dailyKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAble to track and organize projects and prioritize workOpen to continuously adjusting project systems to plan and deliver projects successfullyStrong team building, interpersonal/verbal/written communication skillsComfortable speaking in front of clients, peers, and managersEducation: Bachelor's or associate's degree in Construction Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering technology or Construction ManagementCompensation: The base pay range for this position is $68,000-78,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
