Job Description Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Over two days, youll provide essential pharmacy services at specialty retail sites, supporting long-term care and retail operations.Locations and Dates:Walker, MN: May 14 & 15Sandstone, MN: May 14 & 15Warroad, MN: May 14 & 15Wells, MN: May 14 & 15Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM during assignment daysResponsibilities Include:Managing prescription dispensing and verification in a retail pharmacy settingProviding medication therapy management and counseling to patientsSupporting long-term care pharmacy servicesAdministering immunizations as requiredEnsuring compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulationsCollaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient careIdeal Candidate Qualifications:Licensed pharmacist with readiness to work at multiple sitesImmunization certification and current CPR certificationPharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)Strong communication skills and clinical knowledgeThis per diem role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in diverse community settings.
