Qualifications and Experience:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)State licensure to practice as an SLPPrior experience supporting school-aged students with individualized speech and language needsProficiency in providing comprehensive assessment, intervention, and collaborative servicesKnowledge of both school-based protocols and healthcare best practices in service deliveryExperience designing, developing, and implementing IEPsStrong communication, consultation, and recordkeeping skillsComfort working onsite (teletherapy is not included) Role Responsibilities:Deliver tailored speech and language therapy to meet each student's unique needsGuide and consult with teachers to identify, observe, and refer students with communication challengesPerform thorough assessments and regular screenings at all required levelsDevelop and update individualized intervention programsCollaborate with teachers and colleagues to adapt and modify instruction as neededServe as a resource for families and provide inservice training to staff membersMaintain detailed documentation and adhere to all relevant protocols and lawsCreate and manage IEPs in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelinesStep in for additional duties supporting the school community as assigned Step into a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your impact on students' educational journeys is profound.
