Gardenview Home Care - Gardenview Home Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide quality home care to our patients. We are looking for individuals who are professional, patient-centered, and committed to maintaining the dignity, safety, and comfort of patients.Responsibilities:• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)• Provide mobility assistance and assist with transfers as needed• Perform minor household chores related to patient care• Assist in preparing meals as needed• Provide companionship and emotional support• Follow care plan and agency policiesRequirements:• Active HHA license• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible• Compassionate and attentive to patient needs• Ability to assist with activities of daily living• Strong communication skills with patients and care team
