Why You Should Apply Executive level visibility with direct exposure to senior leadership Opportunity to shape the future of the accounting organization Join a stable and growing company within the energy industry Lead a high performing accounting team while mentoring future leaders Play a key role in strategic planning, financial operations, and business growth Competitive executive compensation, bonus opportunity, and comprehensive benefits Collaborative leadership team that values innovation and continuous improvement What You'll Be Doing As Controller Lead all corporate accounting operations, including month end and year end close Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies Manage budgeting support, cash flow reporting, and financial controls Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations Oversee audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors Develop, mentor, and lead a high performing accounting team Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies Strengthen internal controls and support business scalability Partner cross functionally with finance, operations, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives What You Bring As Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA strongly preferred Eight or more years of progressive accounting leadership experience Prior Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager leadership experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Experience leading month end close and managing audits ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills Excellent leadership, communication, and business partnering abilities Energy, oil and gas, utilities, engineering, or industrial industry experience is highly desirable What You Need To Know Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday through Friday Employment Type: Full time, permanent Start Date: ASAP Interested?
