Warehouse Associate

If you thrive in a collaborative setting and are eager to develop your skills in warehouse operations, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career! *Duties* * Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to track inventory, process orders, and manage stock levels accurately. * Assist with shipping logistics, including preparing shipments, packing orders, and ensuring proper labeling for domestic and international trade compliance. * Pick, pack, and stock items efficiently using order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols. * Conduct data entry tasks related to inventory management software and maintain precise records of inbound and outbound shipments. * Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading trucks, organizing stock in designated areas, and managing inventory levels with basic math skills. * Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment processes to meet delivery deadlines and improve overall warehouse operations. * Ensure packaging standards are met for all outgoing shipments, maintaining quality control throughout the process. *Experience* * Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. * Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, stocking, order picking & packing, and inventory management software such as AS400 or similar systems. * Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like MRPs (Material Requirements Planning), and shipping logistics is highly advantageous. * Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and trade compliance tools for international trade regulations. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and inventory tracking. * Basic math skills necessary for counting stock, calculating quantities, and verifying shipments accurately. * Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset to support team collaboration and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
