Provide preliminary estimates of cost and time to deliver requested functionality during contract negotiations, project planning, and other scoping conversations. Serve as the point of escalation for complex technical issues, diagnosing root causes and directing the path to resolution. Oversee the release and migration process for both data and metadata across environments, including client migrations and org-to-org moves. Partner with Project Managers and Developers to communicate architectural decisions and technical risk, and ensure delivery stays aligned with the approved design.
