About Empowered ServicesEmpowered Services provides one-on-one in-home and community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our focus is to hire and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help people build independence, maintain routines, and stay connected to their communities in meaningful ways.Role OverviewWe are hiring an entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide consistent, structured care for an adult in the Eugene, OR area.
