Responsibilities Direct daily production operations to ensure output targets and quality benchmarks are consistently surpassed. Allocate personnel and resources dynamically to align with shifting production schedules and operational demands. Drive process efficiency by identifying and resolving technical roadblocks on the production floor. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing, accountable workforce. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline manufacturing workflows and reduce waste. Enforce rigorous adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Serve as a key liaison between floor staff and management to communicate progress, challenges, and strategic updates. Qualifications Required Skills 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity within a manufacturing setting. Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and cultivate a collaborative work environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing priorities. Proficiency in basic computer applications and data management. Preferred Skills Experience utilizing ERP systems or manufacturing execution software to track production data. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies.
