We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Support Coordinator to join a dynamic team focused on engaging students in lifelong learning and preparing them for future success. This role plays a key part in supporting students academically, socially, and in their postsecondary planning.Key ResponsibilitiesMaster Schedule Development: Collaborate with the administrative team to develop and maintain the master schedule, ensuring effective course placement and student access to learning opportunities.Event Planning: Coordinate and support major school events, including graduation, Veterans Day observances, senior scholarship programs, and senior trips.Student Scheduling: Adjust and manage student schedules to meet individual academic needs and goals.PSEO/E Coordination: Work closely with Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) students and partner institutions to support successful participation and transitions. For both PSEO students and students who choose to take college in the school at MHS.Transcript and Records Management: Prepare, maintain, and oversee accurate student transcripts and academic records.Career Pathways Implementation: Collaborate with staff to develop and implement career pathways that help students explore interests and plan for postsecondary success.Additional Duties: Partnership in PBIS and MTSS teams.
