Job Description Handyman / Maintenance TechnicianMinneapolis, MN$28–$30/hourWe are currently hiring an experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position is ideal for someone with strong general maintenance experience who can handle a wide variety of repairs, unit turns, and property upkeep responsibilities.The right candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.Responsibilities:Complete general maintenance and repair work throughout residential propertiesPerform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance repairsHandle work orders in a timely and professional mannerAssist with apartment turns and make-ready responsibilitiesTroubleshoot maintenance issues and identify repair solutionsMaintain grounds and common areas as neededEnsure all work is completed safely and according to company standardsCommunicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management staffAssist with preventative maintenance projects and property upkeepQualifications:Previous handyman or maintenance experience requiredStrong knowledge of general repair work including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and paintingAbility to work independently and manage priorities efficientlyReliable transportation and valid driver's license preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsApartment maintenance or residential maintenance experience is a plusEPA or HVAC certifications are a bonus but not requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive pay ranging from $28–$30/hourFull-time stable opportunityWeekly payOpportunity for long-term growthSupportive team environmentVariety of hands-on maintenance work#ZrMSP
