We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused team members to help deliver an elite retail experience. Position Overview The Retail Associate is the face of Trace N Chase in-store. This role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, sales, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. You’ll help customers discover products, answer questions, handle transactions, and support daily store operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who loves sports, enjoys talking to people, and takes pride in professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to collectors of all experience levels. Assist customers with product selection, pricing questions, and general hobby knowledge. Operate POS systems accurately for sales, returns, and store credit. Maintain clean, organized showcases, shelves, and retail displays. Restock inventory and assist with new product releases. Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and secured. Requirements Passion for sports cards, collectibles, or sports culture. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. Comfortable working nights and weekends. Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move product up to 40 lbs. Basic familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, and spreadsheets is a plus.
