Electrical Systems/Automation systems Technician - Electrical, Maintenance, PLC/Automation, TroubleshootingDirect Hire - PermLocation - Warner Robins, GA area/Region - work is ONSITE at production facilityShift Days/Hours - TBDWe are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our team in a role where the ideal candidate will take on a role responsible for maintaining and optimizing automated systems, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production processes. This role involves troubleshooting, repair, and support of a variety of automation technologies and electrical systems and will work closely with production, Automation, Maintenance/Reliability and Safety team members daily.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain/troubleshoot/repair systems supporting production lines, palletizers, and robotic systemsPerform start-up checks, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairsTroubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC issuesDocument product codes, labels, and material changes accuratelyMonitor workflow, optimize machine performance, and reduce wasteEnsure product quality and labeling meet specificationsMaintain records and recommend process improvementsSupport additional tasks as neededQualificationsTechnical coursework or some college preferredSeeking those with at least a year or more of applicable, similar experience in an automated production or distribution environment.Strong electrical maintenance troubleshooting skills.Direct knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and PLCs is required.PLEASE NOTE: PLC programming requirements would not be not advanced.....The types of task would be: to go online with a PLC, upload/download a program, make minor changes/testing such timers, toggling switches , and etc.Familiarity with ASRS systems and automated equipmentProficient in Microsoft Office and clear communicationPlease contact me at russ.holland@cybercoders.com for consideration, more information, to set up a time to discuss the details and please apply to this post and I will review, and follow up as soon I can with a contact.Benefits
