By working with the local environment, we contribute to preserving our future and enhancing the beauty of the world around us.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive to build and grow strong client relationships within our Landscape Design, Construction, and Maintenance division. Based in Chagrin Falls, OH, this role combines relationship management with sales strategy—ensuring client satisfaction while identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand accounts and drive revenue growth. You’ll serve as the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring projects run smoothly while also uncovering ways to enhance their properties through additional services, upgrades, and design enhancements.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue opportunities for selling landscape design, construction, and maintenance services.Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned residential customers, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with company sales goals.Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to client needs and budgets.Collaborate with design, construction, and maintenance teams to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.Manage project schedules, budgets, and communications from concept to completion.Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to assess project progress and identify improvement opportunities.Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and sales opportunities in CRM systems.Partner with leadership to forecast revenue, track metrics, and report on account performance.Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and community functions.Qualifications5+ years experience in landscape sales, estimation or project managementStrong understanding of landscape design, maintenance, and site analysis & native plantsDemonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.Skilled in project management, budgeting, and cost analysisExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and native plant species is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience).Ability to work on-site in Chagrin Falls, OH, and travel to local clients on a daily basis.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission structure tied to sales performance.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement plan providedPaid time off, holidays, mileage reimbursement and ongoing professional development opportunities.
