This role combines your design expertise with the fast-paced world of commercial real estate, where you'll create everything from extensive offering memorandums to dynamic marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with deal teams to translate complex real estate concepts into visually stunning presentations that resonate with clients and prospects, directly contributing to JLL's market-leading position in the industry.What your day-to-day will look like:Design and assemble comprehensive multi-page offering memorandums (30+ pages) featuring photography, aerials, floor plans, maps and financial data with meticulous attention to layout consistency and brandingCollaborate with deal teams to transform verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations and presentations that support business development effortsManage multiple complex design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environmentCreate dynamic email campaigns and digital marketing materials that align with JLL branding standards while meeting client and team preferencesResearch and implement current design trends and software innovations to keep JLL's marketing materials cutting-edge and competitiveProvide design consultation and guidance to team members, taking initiative to support colleagues when additional help is neededMaintain brand consistency across all materials while adapting designs to meet specific client requirements and deal team preferencesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum 3 years of professional design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on InDesign proficiencyDemonstrated ability to design within established branding guidelines and maintain consistency across large-format publicationsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Earth ProExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to use tact and diplomacy in professional interactionsStrong time management and problem-solving abilities with proven capacity to handle multiple concurrent projectsProfessional experience creating multi-page publications and marketing collateral in a deadline-driven environmentPreferred Qualifications:Design-related certifications or continuing education credentialsPrevious experience or knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices and terminologyAdvanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator beyond basic proficiencyExperience with email marketing platforms and digital campaign creationFamiliarity with photography and aerial imagery integration in design layoutsDemonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and provide design guidance
