The Licensed Mental Health Outpatient Therapist delivers:quality individual,family and group counseling services to patients and their familiesdetermines short-term or long-term treatment needsmeet the patient's social, emotional and psychological needsConsistently performs in a manner that exemplifies Deaconess standards for customer relations and patient satisfaction.Performs diagnostic intake evaluations, which may include the skilled use of a variety of culturally sensitive mental health assessment tools.Conducts individual, family and group counseling services which incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities, and more!Schedule:- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday will require evening scheduling until 8pm for YIOP and CD-IOP groupsEducation and Experience* Master's degree in social work or related field.* Experience working with psychiatric patients in an outpatient setting is preferred.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations* Licensed mental health provider: Licensed Clinical Social Worker or the equivalent of LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor required.* Accepting both Indiana and Kentucky licensure.Key words: Therapist, outpatient, LCSW, outpatient therapist, family residency, Individual Therapy, Group therapy
